Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki works by channelling/guiding life force energy into the body, the body takes in the energy where most needed. The belief is that the practitioner is able to stimulate the bodies natural healing abilities, Reiki can help someone through a period of life and carry them forward in a more sustainable way with a relaxed approach to life. It helps to connect to their inner core to balance energy, accessing the parasympathetic system to aid relaxation so that they have some space to consider any challenges in their life.
